Q: How do I submit a purchase order for surgical instruments?

Q:  Am I able to order a bespoke custom made procedure pack as the one I want isn’t on the website?

Q: I’m not able to find the exact product I want. I’m also not sure why you have different codes for the same items? 
A: Each type of code belongs to a specific quality grade of instrument as follows……

(1): AS- Codes are for the reusable theatre surgical instrument quality

(2): SU- Codes are for the single use surgical instrument quality

Q: How long will my delivery take?
A: All orders received before 3pm are dispatched the same day for next day delivery, subject to stock availability.

Q: I can’t find what I’m looking for on your website?

Q: What is your returns policy?
A: We have a 100% guarantee of satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you may return them for a prompt refund or exchange. To validate our warranty, please ensure all instruments follow our care guidelines

Q: Can I get care and maintenance instructions for the reusable instruments we are wishing to process?

Q: I need a copy of your ISO standard certificates, but I can’t find these on your website. Can I get a copy of these certificates? 
A: We are able to send over electronic copies of our up-to-date ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and MDD 93/42/EEC certificates. Q: How do I find prices for products on the website?
A: To locate prices please call 01254 395151 with the correct product code and our customer service team will provide a price and if applicable, a minimum order quantity. You can also email: info@accringtonsurgical.co.uk with a price inquiry and our team will provide a response to the inquiry

Q: Can I obtain an Accrington Surgical Instrument Suppliers Ltd products catalogue?
A: Yes. Please contact our customer services team via: info@accringtonsurgical.co.uk to request a catalogue. We will require the delivery address and for a specification as to which catalogue you are requesting.
